Food is rich with nutrition and moment it gets exposed to environment, it gets contaminated. Microbes like mold, bacteria, fungi etc.. start growing very fast,food starts loosing its originality and deterioration start. We can only come to know about food spoilage when there are millions of bacterial grow inside food recipes. After significant contamination, we throw food as our senses determine changes in color, flavor, taste, textures etc. At this time bacterial activities are at peak whereas food might be not fit for human consumption long back.
